Avocado Dip


  • 2 ripe, peeled, pitted and mashed avocados
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onions
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste


  1. Stir together all the ingredients in a bowl
  2. Serve with warm pita bread or pita chips

Serves: 4
