Ingredients:
- 2 ripe, peeled, pitted and mashed avocados
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp chopped spring onions
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
Method:
- Stir together all the ingredients in a bowl
- Serve with warm pita bread or pita chips
