Ingredients:
- 2 lbs asparagus
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp coarsely ground almonds
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut asparagus heads and the remaining soft part in 1 inch pieces
- In a pan, heat the oil and saute the asparagus with chopped garlic and salt for 3-4 minutes (till asparagus becomes soft)
- Add almonds and chili flakes and saute for 1-2 minutes, making sure that almond doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan
- Serve hot
