Ingredients:
- 2 large avocados
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 fresh green onion, chopped fine
- 1 tbsp canned green chili, chopped
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic salt
Method:
- Peel the avocado and mash the pulp in a bowl
- Add tomatoes, lemon juice, green chili and garlic salt
- Serve with your favorite Mexican dish!
Serves: 4
Remarks:
If you are keeping guacamole for a few hours or even longer, keep the avocado pit in guacamole to preserve its color.
